　　“Sorry, there is no Gu Hongmei here.”

　　“No, I must talk with her. Please tell her about this!”

　　“…sorry, there is no person called Gu Hongmei in my home. Do you understand?”

　　“I don’t believe you.”

　　So my sister put down the telephone.

　　星期天我去英语班学完英语回到家，打开英语CD碟开始复习当天学习的内容，奶奶从厨房走出来看见我那认认真真学习的样子，高兴地对我说：“你真是个好孩子，这么用功，孙女呀，我也想学英语，可不可以教我呀？”我一听，心想：新鲜啊！奶奶六十多岁了，还要学英语，我简直不敢相信自己的`耳朵了，可是看见奶奶那认真的样子，我不得不相信这是真的。就对奶奶说：“可以，我来教您”。

　　我想应该先从26个英文字母开始教，就找出来一些白色卡片，做了26个英文字母卡，就开始一个一个的教给奶奶发音，奶奶一遍一遍地努力学习。从学习发音到自然拼读，又教给奶奶如何默写单词，奶奶学的可认真了。

　　经过我的耐心指导和奶奶的努力学习，终于奶奶得到了很大的收获，学会了很多英语单词和句子。是的，也流下了不少学习的汗水，真所谓：一分耕耘，一分收获。自从奶奶开始学习英语，家里增添了不少欢声笑语。

　　哈哈！六十多岁的奶奶还学英语，真是一件新鲜事啊！
